A little background...

I'm not sure how many of my followers know this, but before I became a wife and mommy I was (and still am technically) a professional Interior Designer.  I loved just about everything that my job entailed, but by far my favorite thing by far was selecting lighting, fixtures, finishes and those special touches that really made a space.

One thing that I loved using was specialty lighting.  The right track lighting can really accent a space and change it from dull to fabulous!  I'm not talking about just your standard gallery style track lighting (which is perfectly fine and has it's place), I'm talking about beautiful pendant lighting like this:
